The DC College Access Program (DC-CAP)is a privately-funded nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging and enabling DC public high school students enroll in and graduate from college. Since 1999, DC-CAP has helped to double the number of DC public and charter high school students who enroll in college and nearly triple the number who graduate. Specifically, DC-CAP has helped more than 13,000 students to enroll in college, awarded $18 million in scholarships, and celebrated the success of more than 2,700 graduates who otherwise would have never had the opportunity for higher education. We have made a long-term commitment to assist and support these students.
